I'm giving this to some friends as a New Year's gift. They've just had a baby, so they are looking to the future. Its probably not something they'd actually use as a calendar per se, but it's a great looking item for a living room or a desk. A new child is definitely a reason to "thiink forward".

I bought one of these for my husband (different style cover) over 20 years ago and he has used it more than any other magnifying tool he has. The lens stays clean & the holder is compact and beautiful. I love the calendar addition. Now he will have one for a second work area.

My sister had one of these 40yr calendars and I have been looking for one for a long time. I really like it. It's cute and attractive plus has the extra bonus of the magnifier making it very unique.
