Chelsea Garden Heart Wreath

16" heart wreath designed over a natural twig base, with natural leaves, green sweet annie, lavander and pink sudan grass, white, pink and fuscha colored sinuata, natural pepper berries, natural grass, and it is accented with a raspberry pink rose head in the center of the heart.  16"l. x 15"w. x 4"h. x 16"dia.
