The color is so vivid and the cotton is very soft, but the texture maybe to thin for her. I order this for my older sister for a Christmas gift this year; who is also very conservative, stylish, trendy and a high-end shopper. I hope she like it as much as I Love ording this for her.
I will write another review after Christmas, to let you know if she loved it or bête noire (dislike) it.

I was delighted to note that, in person, the colors of this blouse are more vibrant than shown in the picture. I am retired, but were I still working, I would wear this blouse to work. Now, however, I wear it when going out. The material is light and soft, and hangs comfortably and gracefully. I combine it with a versatile denim skirt, to create an attractive and dressy outfit. All in all, I love this blouse.
