I bought this as a birthday gift for my fiancee, who is a huge fan of space (brought her to the Einstein Planatarium for two movies, too!)

We both loved this game! It's a lot of fun to play with, decide which pieces are the knights, bishops and rooks (if you want) and to analyze why the Sun should be the King or the Queen :)

Only Sidenote: On the box, amusingly, the Moon is displayed as both a Knight and a Bishop, depending on which picture you look at. It seems like a mistake, but it helped to justify my reasoning for changing the pieces around a bit for fun.

I've bought two of these for different grandchildren who learned chess and were also interested in space things. They both were fascinated by the space pieces and wanted to keep playing with their father's even when the game itself was getting a bit confusing.
